* In the event of damage allways consult a qualified NSI nail technician for primary advice

AVOID DAMAGE by:

* Using the fingertip pads rather than the fingernails to open drawers / windows etc.

* Where possible use a tool e.g. a pen for key pads or a spoon to open a drinks can

* Use gloves when washing up or gardening

* Use cuticle oil daily

Unlike acrylic nails standard acetone based nail varnish removers may be used on NSI gel nails
